Sean Metter brings over 15 years of financial management and leadership experience to SWIMS. As Chief Financial Officer, he oversees all financial and accounting responsibilities, including financial reporting, budgeting, tax, compliance, risk management, etc. Prior to joining SWIMS, Sean served as Director of Business & Finance for University of the Pacific. Before that, he served in the United States Army Finance Corps and is an Operation Iraqi Freedom veteran. Sean holds an MBA degree as well as a MS degree in accounting.

In his free time, Sean enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
