Opportunity: Computer Systems Analyst – Brentwood, CA
Job Summary:
The Computer Systems Analyst will evaluate current and potential technology programs. They will implement new modules for current programs as well as completely new software solutions. They will create training documentation and conduct training programs for end users. They will meet with leadership to establish long-term technology goals for the organization. They will also provide support to ensure efficient daily operation of the organization’s network and computer systems.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and evaluate current IT systems and core business applications.
- Perform design, implementation, and upgrades of information systems to meet changing business and user needs.
- Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, systems goals, and requirements.
- Educate other employees on how to use systems through training programs and process documentation.
- Maintain and implement all systems under strict deadlines and budget restrictions.
- Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies, applications, and systems.
- Perform quality assurance and diagnostic testing.
- Provide software and hardware support.

- Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, and implementing new applications and systems.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field and/or…
- 3-5 years of work experience in systems analysis
- Construction industry experience preferred.
- Foundation ERP software experience preferred.
- HubSpot CRM software experience preferred.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
- Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift and carry office items (e.g. paper, laptops, etc.) up to 15 pounds.
Monday – Friday; 8 hours per day
$75,000 – $85,000 Annually depending on experience.
