Jason Baughman is the Construction Sales Manager at SWIMS for their Northern California construction division. With over 9 years of experience with SWIMS, he has grown his role from project manager and estimator to Construction Division Manager. Jason’s expertise is in QSD and QSP SWPPP monitoring, erosion control, dewatering, and street sweeping.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.
