Todd Hudson is the Chief Operations Officer at SWIMS. Todd joined the SWIMS team in 2008 after more than a decade working in the storm water industry, and has been instrumental in helping the company reach its growth goals ever since.

Todd has extensive experience with commercial, public, and residential storm water projects, and holds both QSP and CESSWI certifications. He is dedicated to providing exceptional service and creative solutions for his clients’ unique needs. In his free time, he can be found water skiing, restoring classic cars, and spending time with his family.
