Carol joined SWIMS in 2019 as a Construction Billing Specialist with more than 20 years of accounting experience. Her initiative, integrity, and keen eye for detail earned her a promotion to Assistant Controller January 2023. Carol collaborates closely with the Chief Financial Officer to produce accurate financial statements, budget reports, and implementation of internal controls. She also plays a critical role in managing the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Accounting departments.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family, friends, and her two pups.
