Rosendo joined SWIMS in 2005 after beginning his career in the agricultural industry. During his long tenure at SWIMS, Rosendo learned all aspects of our field operations with increased levels of responsibilities before taking on leadership responsibilities as an Erosion Control Foreman and then Supervisor.

In his current role as the Northern California Operations Manager, Rosendo manages the field teams that deliver our services and works with customers to ensure their success.
