Bernie oversees the SWIMS Northern California QSP Team. Together, they conduct required SWPPP inspections for construction sites at all risk levels. In addition to weekly inspections, Bernie and his team conduct essential testing for turbidity and pH levels. They also produce Annual Reports for submission to the California Water Board for all construction sites. Once completed, Bernie’s team efficiently prepares the Notice of Termination for these sites.

Bernie holds CISEC, QSP, and confined space certifications.
